Our Samsung dryer became non-operational the night before. Gave Mr. Vic's a call the following day at noon. They were able to squeeze me in last minute at around 5 pm. The awesome tech (Jeffrey) gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was on his over for the scheduled time. Fortunately, it was a simple drum belt replacement. Had the parts on hand. He was fast and efficient and got my dryer up and running in about 45 minutes. Would definitely recommend them for appliance service.
